Pretty much any time during the day on weekdays. The worst times are 4PM-12PM EST and any time on the weekend. But that said so long as the number of downloads is reasonable (like 3) I don't really care too much.

I may be able to find a creative solution such as allowing unlimited downloads on my off hours (when I'm at work or asleep). I'm just not familiar with cband yet so I don't know how to creatively apply bandwidth restrictions. I am definately working on this.

Got a question, is there like a time that your like not using your computer? That would probably be a better time to DL from your site. Yes/No? Not a real genius when it comes to internet, lol. Thanks

When I first found your music site, I had 5 simultaneous downloads, then waited till they finished and repeated. Never thought about how much of an impact that would have on your connection, but it makes sense, lol. Thanks for the heads up. Thanks for the music, just really want a few more albums, Thanks Mike.
