New Server Hooray!
I just finished moving the entire site over to a new server. For a long time I was being hosted out of my house on a broadband connection, now I am hosted on a much nicer server (in a real data center) thanks to the guys at SoftGroup Interactive! Hopefully that should take care of any reliability problems the site may have had.
On a site note, changing over was really easy, basically tar -> mysqldump -> scp -> tar -> mysql -> upgrade Wordpress -> done!
