When I first started the Prototype Wiki there was essentially no comprehensive documentation for the excellent Prototype JavaScript library. However, as Prototype has matured and grown in popularity the authors have remedied that problem. So I am now shutting down my little wiki and referring all of its users over to the official documentation.
