I just upgraded this blog to WordPress 2.1 today. So far it seems pretty neat. They have done some nice upgrades to the admin interafrace. The upgrade process was so smoot its pretty incredible, just copy the files up to your server (after taking a backup). It always amazes me what a good job the guys over at WordPress do. They always seem to make a task that seems like it would be complex very simple. Every PHP programmer should take a lesson is simplicity from the guys over at WordPress.

Oh, and they also fixed the most agravating thing in previous versions, the long wait between hitting the publish button and the screen reloading. All I can say is that its about time they fixed that. Two thumbs up for an excellent release!
